EXCEL data worksheet requirements

I need to populate all the averages in the summary worksheet from the average report worksheet. these values must be referenced, not hardcoded

Gurp, the idea is to change the thread title to something meaningful, not clutter up the forum by removing your initial post.

Teylyn did you look at that post? it was a spreadsheet and a pdf with a direct assignment from a college/university hence the 2 quotes taken directly from the pdf. now i don't mind assisting if stuck but that was the most blatant attempt at getting someone else to complete a piece of coursework i have ever seen. looks like someone forgot to do it and was hoping the excel genie would magic up an answer before noon!(oh and Policy No. C8 pacifically forbid cheating or plagiarism)
