Data validation with conditions

Hi

I am thinking of setting a cell with data validation by a list - Jan 2009 to Dec 2013. However, i would like to have the cell only to be shown current year options. ie although i have a list from jan 2009 to dec 2013, but only Jan 2010 to Dec 2010 will be shown as options in year 2010. when new year 2011 comes, it will automatically change the option from Jan 2011 to Dec 2011.

Is it possible? If so, how to achieve it?
