Highlight repeated numbers

hi,, thats my second post.. i have tried all that i can come up with and its not working. i have attached a copy of the document i am using...
my intention is to highlight all repeated number in the table.. for example the 4 digits numbers i am using each number is in an individual cell.. eg cl=4, cell2=6,cell3=5,cell4=2.however when highlighting repeated numbers i would like it to recognize the 4digit numbers as 1 whole number ... so now it should read 4652....added to this it doesnt matter the way in which the numbers are repeated eg...4625 or 5462 or 2564 etc...it should be highlighted... and if possible how do i get all repeated numbers to show up on a seperate sheet...
any help or advice on what should i do?

It would be very helpful if you selected a couple examples from your posted workbook and the values/highlights you want as a result.

ok ron.....
i have attached an example of what i am looking for..
in the spread sheet.... cell/rows with the same numbers are highleted in alike colors,,,it doesnt matter the sequence as long as the 4 digits are the same....
so i want to be able to highlight all the repeated numbers.
****Remember the 4 letters from the individaul cells are now being treated as whole numbers**** is there a way to do so or maybe alert and place repeated number on a seperate sheet...
out of curiosity.... is excel the right program to carry out this function?
