    Does anyone know if there's an easy way of importing hundreds of Excel files into one file?

    VBA definitely. Your request could actually take many forms, you've left out a lot of important information.

    I have a lot of stock macros for MERGING workbooks, all of them are posted here, maybe something will be catered to your specific need already:
