Compare values in column and merge cells in adjourning column

I would like to go down a column B, and if values in rows are equal, then in the adjourning column C merge the data that are in the rows. I have attached a spreadsheet that may assist your understanding, but an example would be like this:

A 123
A 456

After it would be
A 123456
A 123456
