Networkdays function

Hi,
I have posted this thread under excel 2007 help as well because I was not sure where I should post it because I am new to this forum.
I am having some trouble with the networkdays function. When I try to count the number of days from 05/01/2008 to 05/01/2008 excel gives me an answer of 0. Then when i count the number of days from 07/01/2008 to 07/01/2008 excel gives me an answer of 1. So does anyone have any clue why this is happening?

My formulae is networkdays(a2,b2). A2 contains the date 05/01/2008 and B2 also contains the date 05/01/2008.
My next formulae is networkdays (a3,b3). A3 contains the date 07/01/2008 and B3 also contains the date 07/01/2008.

Any help would be much appreciated.
