Working on a spreadsheet for my new job at work. I have (actual hours) in row K and (spent hours) in row L. In row M I have a percentage but It is the reverse of what I need. Example I have 30 hours in row K. And 30 hours in L it shows this percentage as 0% but I need it to be 100% as the hours are all used up on the specific task. Test sheet below ( Made with numbers for Mac but exported into excel format) hopes this makes sense!! Thanks in advance.
