Fastest method of transferring data from one sheet to another

I'm using a for-next procedure to copy data from a single column (more than 7000 entries) to a range with x rows and y columns. I'm using this piece of code:

I tried copy -> paste -> paste link, but it doesn't speed up anything...

Any thoughts?

oh never mind....the code is fine, i just hadn't activated manual calculation, which speeds up the process amazingly
