    Unhappy Hperlink (Other workbook)

    Hi,

I have an excel sheet named (file A) and an excel sheet named (file B).

I have to link from excel sheet cell (say A5 of file A) to file B - cell D10.

How do I go about this using hyperlink, any possible solutions??

    Regards
    Vinod

    Hi,

you can use Insert Hyperlink option.
1st go to Insert>>2nd click on Hyperlink option (shortcut ctrl+k)
click on current folder and select file A.
you can change the name in to A5 of file A from Text to display.

Hi, I understand the possibility of mapping in the same file. But I need to link to file B(to a specific cell, not just to a document as a whole) from file A (specific cell)
