Conditional Format not completely applying until some cell input

Hy, I have one problem, probably small problem for someone but big for me.

I do not understand, why is conditional formating not applying on cell in my document completely. There is color change every time on dropdown select, but Number format is not changing until i alterate some cell in document.

Also, i noticed, after some cell change it changes three times on my action, one time for each input, and color and format number on big cell, but after that not any more.

I need answer if is that normal and how i can accomplish to change automaticly after dropdown change if i can at all.

Greetings from Croatia, sample file in in attachment.

P.S. #1 I can not use macro because settings must be on High and i can not change that.
P.S. #2 Sorry for bad English

    Hello dan1402
I had a similar problem when playing with a sheet that had been changed from 2003 to 2007.
Try opening your spread sheet then open the VBA, you do this by holding down "ALT" and "F11" at the same time.
At the top you should see "View" -"Windows Project". You then should see the sheet names within your book; click on one, go to "View"- Window Properties"; here there should be a "Enable Conditional Formatting", this should indicate "TRUE", if not then change it using the drop down box.
You will need to repeat this on each page that has cond form'ing on it.
    Hope this helps
    Regards
    Peter

I'm using Excel 2003. Your conditionall formatting didn't convert from 2007 to 2003 so I set it to make D8 the same color as in the drop down and it works fine for me (automatically changes after I click the choice in the dropdown list).

Perhaps you can try mine and if it works then try re-adding your number format and see if it still works.

It works like mine, only one lap of changes. It looks there is no cure for this.

    Thanks anyway.
