This is my first post so apologies if I have done anything incorrect.
I do a lot of recurring questionnaires in work and I have designed the attached spreasheet to streamline the process. (I have turned off automatic calculations on the sheet)
There are 4 sheets
Input | Calculations | Charts | Comments
What I would like to be able to do is
a) Turn Cell A3 on 'Calculations' into a drop down list relating to 'Input!A:A' without showing duplicates. Basically I want to be able to select the 'unique ID' of a questionnaire and the 'calculations'/'charts' information will update accordingly (I already have all the relevant formulas in place)
b) On the same drop down, is it possible to have an 'all' option at the top of the list, so if selected, the 'calculations' and 'charts' sheets will display the results for every questionnaire in the document?
c) Is it possible to have the 'comments' sheet displaying string responses withouth blank entries.
I have put string entries into column 'G' on 'input'
I would like column A on 'comments' to display the same content as column G on 'input' without showing blank responses.
I can do this myself but i cant get it to hide the non-blanks. I was thinking of using auto-format but it wont work, because if I relate column B on 'comments' to another column on 'input' the auto formating wont work.
