I have a user who is running excel 2003 with the Hyperion addins installed.
Whenever she opens excel she gets an error message reading: Please wait while windows configures microsoft office professional edition 2003. This message stays on the screen until she cancels it but it re-appears when she goes to use any of the hyperion addins. Any ideas?
What happens if she lets it finish?
