    Pivot Tables (% of Subtotal)

I'm using pivot tables for the first time. I got the hang of it pretty quickly but need some information about subtotals.

I've done a lot of "googling" to see if there are any tricks about getting a percent of subtotal. I found a few but the data i'm dealing with doesn't seem to work.

I would like to get a % of subtotal from a count.

For example, thsi is one of my tables. It is the count of each division shown as a percent of total. However, I would like to get a % of the subtotal. Is there a way to do this?

    Executive Engineering 0.88%
    G&A 3.51%
    Marketing 0.88%
    Sales 0.88%
    Service 0.88%
    Executive Total 7.02%
    Director Engineering 13.16%
    G&A 7.02%
    HRS 7.89%
    Manufacturing 0.88%
    Marketing 7.02%
    Sales 28.07%
    Service 28.95%
    Director Total 92.98%
    Grand Total 100.00%

Any advice or tricks someone has will be a gret help!
    Thanks.

Re: Pivot Tables (% of Subtotal)

Pre-2010 you can't have a % of subtotal unless you can arrange your subtotal fields so that they occupy their own column (then you can use the % of column option).
Everyone who confuses correlation and causation ends up dead.
