Print Filled Cells Only

Hi All,
I have copied the vba coding from one of the threads. I humbly seek help to fine tune it. My intention is to filter and print the range where employees come in late. For instance, print all employees except Betty,Tim,Peter and Sean as they are never late. Do not print "No Name" row as they are no longer attached with the company. Attached herewith my file for better understanding. Any help and tips are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
