Is there a way to:
SUM(A1:A5) but only taking the odd columns
Is there a way to:
SUM(A1:A5) but only taking the odd columns
A1:A5 is one column.. do you mean rows? or do you mean A1:E1
if the latter: =SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD(COLUMN(A1:E1),2)=1),A1:E1)
if the former: =SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD(ROW(A1:A5),2)=1),A1:A5)
Where there is a will there are many ways.
