Problem regarding #NAME and #N/A error messages when pulling data across sheets

Our company uses a large excel document to keep track of over 400 of our members, everything has been working fine, but all of a sudden on one of the tabs, we've received several rows of #NAME and #N/A error messages. The formulas still look fine to us and we really just don't understand what the issue is. Here are some samples of formulas that are giving us issues:
    (#N/A):

    =SUM('Statistics (Total)'!B83:B84)

    (#NAME):

    =(E31/$E$9)
    ='Statistics (Total)'!B74

Thanks, we'd be more than willing to forward on any additional info to help solve these issues

Click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post up a desensitized copy of your workbook. We'll look at it together.

Re: Problem regarding #NAME and #N/A error messages when pulling data across sheets

Both errors imply you have those same underlying errors in at least one of the precedent cells.

The first error indicates you have an #N/A error in either or both of the precedent cells ('Statistics (Total)'!B83:B84) whereas the #NAME? error implies you have the same in either of E9,E31 and also in 'Statistics (Total)'!B74

In all of the above work backwards through the precedent range(s) until such time as you locate the source at which point we may be able to assist you in determining why these errors are originating at source in the first instance.
