    10-day tracking formula

    Hi all
I need to keep track of vehicle inventory. I need to know which vehicles have been in our inventory for 10 days .How would I go about counting down from 10 to 0 days and when the count down reaches 0 the Date vehicle went in to inventory will turn RED. I want to use a master spreed sheet that will look something like this:

Date vehicle went in to inventory Todays date

Make Model Year Serial Number Miles Color Days in Inventory
    Chevy Silverado 2008 123TVKE34GH3458BK 28456 Blue ( day counter)

Input the informaition as the example above and (save as) File name (Todays Date inventory) Just need help with counting down the days and for it turn Red when counter reaches 0. I know how to do all the rest. -------------------- Thanks Raner

Sounds like you need to use the NOW() function which will always return the current date. If you use this as part of a subtraction, you will get the number of days in the inventory and then you can use conditional formatting to control the colour of the cell containing the result of the subtraction.
