Question Copy data into new spreadsheet using Macro

    Hello,

I have a problem and dont know whether someone has already provided solution for it earlier.

I am enclosing a sheet with dummy data, which is part of a large spreadsheet with multiple tabs. In actual, this sheet (dummy) has various VLOOKUP functions to catch data from other tabs of the large spreadsheet. For now, I have pasted the values in dummy sheet, removing all the formulas.

This dummy sheet already has a Macro to split the main tab into multiple tabs (as per LOBs). Thanks to Morcal (forum member) in helping me our in solving some issues with respect to formatting and creating a Grand Total row at the end of the spreadsheet.

What I want is that before I run this Macro in my original sheet (which has other data tabs as well), it copies the 'Main' tab and paste as values in a new spreadsheet. Post which, the Macro which is already created in this sheet, runs in the new spreadsheet to split it into multiple tabs without changing the actual formatting.

Also, note that I just noticed that after running the macro in the enclosed sheet, I am unable to save it (getting file corrupt error). Let me know if i have made any issues in the macro.

Hope I am clear in explaining my question. Let me know if you require any additional information from my side.

    Best regards,
    Kapil
