Automated Personal Finance Spreadsheet

Hi, I have kinda Automated my personal finance spreadsheet so i enter the outgoings and icome and enter the dates and enter the amounts and it calculates what i have left at the end of the month

But what i want to do if possible is automate is further

Some of my outgoings dont change date and amount for example rent. I pay £333.00 rent on the 20th of every month.

Is there any chance that i could just type rent and it automatically enter the £333 into the feild next to it. I know it sounds lazy but when i do a yearly finacial plan it get a tad tedious
