Using the Index and Match Functions with a Like Function

Hello all,

What I am trying to do is use a index, match and like to help me find a reps break and lunch. A rep has 2 breaks of 15 minutes and a lunch of 30 minutes. I know that a reps time will not always be exactly 15 or 30 minutes. So what I did was build a field which finds the difference in time for me to use as a reference. What I want to do is have 2 cells where I can enter my time range and build three index, match, like functions to help me find the Reps log in, log out and the date. The problem is i am not having any success with my attempts.
