Data Manipluation and setup

Hi,
I have a large customer file which has customer contact information setup in multiple rows. I need to be able to get the collapse multiple listings of a customer records into one row while moving their contact information in separate columns as opposed to rows.

Am attaching a sample - hoping there is a quick and easy way to do this with basic formulas

Try this...after removing the row1 so the data starts at row2.
