IF AND or IF OR formula??

C5 is age D5 is points E5 is tees F5 is handicap

in cell E5 there are 3 possible tee options, Green (G), White (W) and Blue (B)

criteria for G tees as follows:
age 70 or more
and/or age plus handicap = 80 or more

criteria for W tees as follows:
age 65 or more
and/or age plus handicap = 70 to 79

criteria for B tees as follows:
age plus handicap is less than 69

What is the correct formula for E5? I think I need something like: (worksheet is attached)
