    Formula.... Filtering... Linking

    Please see the attached file....

    * I want to have a formula that only pulls in the ID numbers with a "Y" in the first column on the first tab to the second tab. I do not want the ones with a "N" in the first column on the first tab to pull in on the second tab and I do not want blank records on the second tab.
