    Pivot table help

    Hello all,

I would like some help with making a pivot table.

I have conducted a study in hospital patients. For each patient (700 in total) I have a daily score (ranges from roughly 0-100), recorded for 5 days on each patient.

I want to make a pivot table with study number (i.e. patient identifier) on the left column, and score on day 1, then day 2, then day 3etc etc on subsequent columns.

I also have information on length of the admission, and would like to be able to use that information in the pivot table, so I don't have scores for patients after the admission has ended.

I have attached a dummy spreadsheet, which will hopefully make things a bit clearer. Please reply if I have not made this clear and i will try to explain in more detail.

    Thanks,

    Adrian
