Copying a workbook to a new workbook

    Hi everyone,

I'm looking to copy a workbook sheet with around 150,000 rows to a new workbook which is blank. I seem to get the following error though:

The information cannot be pasted because the Copy area and the paste area are not the same size and shape. Try one of thge following:
    • Click a single cell, and then paste
    • select a rectablge thats the same size and shape and then paste

    ...

Is there an easier way to do this because it would take a good couple of minutes to select 150,000 rows in the new workbook.

    Thanks

    McKenzie

    1. Right click on worksheet tab that you want to copy
    2. Select Move or Copy
    3. Select To book: (new book)
    4. Tick Create a copy
    5. Save your new workbook

    EDIT:
Just noticed you are using Excel 2003. There is a limit of 65,536 rows??
