I am trying to create a graph of sales per state. There are many states that have 0% and I would like to omit them from the list. Is there a way to create a pie chart for only the values greater than 0?
If not is there a way I can extract only the values greater than zero to a separate spreadsheet and only graph those? I have attached an example, I want to take the data from "All States" and move only the data with values >0 to "States with Sales"

Filter your list for (custom) greater that 0, then copy and paste the result to another sheet.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
