    drop down menu that lists locations

    I've been asked to do up a travel expense sheet on Excel. I think what is required is a drop down menu that lists locations which have distances in kilometers assigned to them so that when the person is completing the sheet they just select the location of the customer they are visiting & that will give them the distance. I think....
