Which lookup tool to return multiple pieces of info from multiple cells

Hi Everyone,

Please see attachment above for a breakdown of the problem. I would like a list box or similar to populate some fields. The problem is that the column which is being used to populate the listbox is made up of Tutor names. These tutors have several students who they are accountable for. I would like a list box which shows all of the Tutor Names however does not dupilcate them, however looks at all of the fields where that tutor is responsible for. (Please do see the attachment, as this may sound ridiculous).
