If Statement for data in multiple cells returns Yes/No

I have a report I am working for that is looking at the answer to 4 questions in columns V2,W2,X2,Y2. If the answer in any of those columns 'Yes' then I need a 'Yes' in column Z2 else I need it to say 'No'

example
yes, yes, no, no = Column Z is "YES"
no, no, no, no = Column Z is 'NO"
Yes,Yes,Yes, Yes = Column Z = "YES"
