Automate List based on a criteria.

I have prepared a sample file which is attached with this thread. In the attached file i have a list of 10 participants (max). I want to updated the list in new column F, based on the number of participants mentioned in cell D1. so if the number of participants in cell D1 change list in column F updates automatically.
