Macro or formula to total sum

I am looking for a formula or a macro that will total the amounts above it (no spaces)and then divide by 80. I have multiple positions in the company and currently going to the end of each group sum(range)/80. Very time consuming. Just wondering if there is a formula or a macro that will go to the end of each group(no spaces inbetween people) and sum(cell directly aboveshift+ctrl+up arrow)/80.

Any ideas?

I'm having difficulty accessing you attachment.

I supect it is the file name, it reads a bit like a super formula

This is how it reads

..../For%20%each%20%group%20%in%20%column%20%A%20%separated%20%by%20%at%20%least%20%one%20%blank%20%row%20%-%20%Peter_SSs%20%-%20%aehartle%20%-%20%SDG14.xlsm

I would suggest never using spaces, use underscores, and avoid all characters other than 0 to 9 and a to z (or A to Z)
We are all guilty of this and usually get away with it, but just sometimes ....
