Random Name From List

Hi there,
I have had a look around these forums and the internet and I've been unable to find my query answered.

So I signed up to this forum in the hope someone here can give me the solution which I need.

What I am trying to do is have a list of people on one column and then by the means of clicking a button it will select a random name from the column, showing the result in a separate cell.
