    Conditional Formatting for Each Cell

Hi, this might seem a simple question, but cant seem to work it out on Excel 2007! For example the following is a table that shows 2 figures. The first column is an average and the second one is the current weeks figures.

    A | B | C
    3 | 4 | Queue 1
    1 | 1 | Queue 2
    7 | 4 | Queue 3
    5 | 9 | Queue 4
    2 | 1 | Queue 5
    1 | 1 | Queue 6

What I would like is to run a conditional formatting for each queues data, so for example if Queue 1s figures on Column B (current week) is greater than the Column A (Average) then this should show in green and if its lower than in red.

    Hope that makes sense.

    Thanks in advance.
