Computing Average

Hi,

In the attached wokrbook, I need to compue the average in the column "C2" of "Sheet1" based on the following crieteria:

Open up attached workbook: (Sample.xls).
Goto "Sheet2".

The Average of Column "D" for a Given "BF" for "Reports" should be 25.
The Average of Column "D" for a Given "ENH" for "Reports" should be 25.
The Average of Column "D" for a Given "WF" for "Reports" should be 47.5.

This is the desired result.

Any help would be great.
