A Simple Multiplication....plz help

Hi all
i have mixed up.... when you multiply 22,288,491 in 10,363 (22,288,491 * 10,363 ) , the result is 230,975,632,233
BUT when i do this in Excel 2007 the result is 230,975,632,855 !!!!!!!
By the way i have changed the Format cell of cell to NUMERIC with zero decimal places.
Could anyone help me please? what's wrong with my excel settings??

Just reducing decimal zeros may not work. I mean if number contains decimal places it should be rounded off using round function. Try

Check the cell format of the Formula Cell both in Excel 2003 and 2007
