World Cup Pool - Having Problems Recording Top 10

I created a pool using excel, and out of the 30 people im having problems, creating a formula to take the top 10 highest pts & their names to go into another column.

I have the correct forumula to take the top 10 in points, but not the top 10 in names (even if its a tie) if anyone knows please let me know thanks.

& if you really know your stuff if you can make top 10, go in order so if its a tie with 2 people, it will say someones 1st, and 2nd twice for the 2 ties, and 4 for the next one,etc
