Hello everyone first of all,

I am stuck on a problem using Pivot Tables in Excel 2007.
I have a pivot table making a summary of a relativley big datasheet about salesmen who are reporting on a daily basis.
That means on the datasheet I have an entry for everyday & for every salesman with data discussing all sorts of things. Important for the problem I belief are the following two columns.
I have one counting all Calls the salesman has done the other is counting the days he has been working and doing calls.

Using those values and the pivot table I have a statistic for every salesmen their details and a row telling me the average calls per phoning day for every salesman. So far so good.
The pivot table also allows me to get the total column at the end which I gladly apreciate for calculating the Average of "Average Calls per day" done throughout all salesmen.

Now what I want to do is insert another row below that uses the value "Average Calls per day" and compares it to the Average of the whole company. So every Salesman has a percentage of how he is doing compared to the average of the company.

Now the problem lies here: I cannot reference a cell when making a "calculation row" for the pivot table. That means I cannot reference the pivot table itself neither a cell that is not in the datasheet.
I have also tried referencing the total column of the pivot table in my datasheet, then including the new values in my data for the pivot table. However a message pops up I cannot use values referencing a pivot table for calculations.

Does anyone know if I have an option to use the pivot table to make such calculations or if the only option I have is to make a static table below. (Annoying because the filters would work seperately and thus not showing me the right values for the selected Salesmen)

Thanks for any help!!!
Best regards,
Nik
