    Hello ,
    I want the summary for below list enclosed with the following result. Ex: If the So no have the both TIme "NOTD " & " OTD" . I want in the summary for so no. if the time contain NOTD against the order , the order is NOTD. If NOTD not there , the order is OTD. what function used for ths? KIndly help me

    I must confess, I don't see what you want to do, but my best guess is that you can start a pivot table. See attached
