I have some data in Excel with conditional formatting (data bars) that I would like to paste in Powerpoint. I highlight and copy the data in Excel using Ctrl-C and paste it in Powerpoint using Ctrl-V. The context menu that appears after pasting offers 5 Paste options (Use Destination Styles, Keep Source Formatting, Embed, ...) of which I prefer the second option (Keep Source Formatting) because the output is the sharpest. However, the data bars disappear in the pasted output with this option. I searched the web and someone suggested using a color printer driver even though this is a copy/paste operation without any printing involved. This too doesn't help. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks.
