split row intervals into txt files

Well, if this needs to be a macro, then so be it.

I'm trying to figure out something. I have about 12000 pieces of data. I managed to get them all done one single column. The thing is, I want to split them up into blocks of 800 but into separate text files or separate worksheets at minimum.

How do I go about doing this? I tried searching the forums and couldn't find anything. searched excel.. didn't find anything about this..

any ideas would be appreciated.

12000? in one column? Really? Wow thats boring? I sure hope you didn't have to manually enter all that. So you cant just copy and paste?
