count of free kicks for and againsts
hi, im just looking to make a count of fee kicks. i would like to know how many kicks were made by each team and how many were made against each team
i have attached my list of free kicks i wish to count. and i have put in a little table to chow the totals i would like
please can someone help me out on this, im lost on how to do it quickly and easily.
ps. i think you should ignore columns H and I, these were some of my experiments to do the task,

Okay, I think I'm seeing it. So for Game 1 Aston Villa Vs Chelsea, Aston Villa had 14 and Chelsea had 21?

yes thats it, so what i need to know is the total amount of free kicks which the teams conceed. so chelsea had 21 free kicks and aston villa had 14. the more tricky part is to know over the 29 games how many free kicks each team conceded.

actually it hasn't worked mate. fulham and totenham have both got zeros in their free kicks for column. P18 and P26
Under your Free Kicks column Fulham had a space after it (excel is looking for exact matches). Do an autofilter on Fulham and select them and then a Search/Replace (CNTL H) replace (type in a space) with nothing.
The Tottenham in Column O has a space after it. Hope that helps.
