Importing data from intranet to excel 2003

Good afternoon

I have a big task to complete which will probably involve many questions and requests for help but I feel the need to break things down into bite size chunks.

I will be trying to generate one sheet from 4 completely different spreadsheets in order to ultimately work out how much of each item is required each day for the coming week.

So first question;

I have to import a table from a web based intranet i understand how to do this but it says the web page title is too long to use is there any way for the option bar to take more characters or will i just have to down load this table manually each week please?

Any help would be greatly appreciated but as i say there will be many more questions on the horizon lol.
