Hi,

I've created a spreadsheet in Excel 2007 which contains three seperate macros (these are run by clicking a button.)

They all work fine until I add password protection (using office button>prepare>encrypt file), at which point when I click on the button to run any of the macros I get an error message to say that it could not run the macro due to it either being unavailable or macros being disabled. When I look at the macros, the names appear to be referencing a different workbook ie:

''Risk Spreadsheet 2010.xlsm'!Submit_Archive_Risk'

This is confusing as although Submit_Archive_Risk is the macro I want to run, Risk Spreadsheet 2010 is the name of the file I'm using.

I've searched the forum but can't seem to see a similar case, can anyone help, or point me in th eright direction?
