    Date logging please

I am wanting to try to create a spreadsheet with a way to trigger a cell entry that will log the current time. Hopefully no complicated VBA would be required. To be specific - I want to create a log-in / log-out journal that I can click on somewhere to create a login time and a logout time.

Or should I just use Access?

    Or maybe a canned program?

    Thanks!

I think the only way will be using VBA. Explain a little more what you need, maybe add an example workbook
    Hope that helps.
