    Accident with the Replace command

We have accidently used the Replace command on an excel spreadsheet which has various tabs - we now have one particular line in the same place on each tab.

We did not know our mistake so saved and closed, is there a way to correct this at all?

In short if you don't have a backup then no I'm afraid.
