    Index match formula

    =INDEX(3:3,MATCH(TRUE,INDEX(ISNUMBER(3:3),0),0))

    The formula above returns the first number in row 3. I would like to adjust the formula to say identify the first number in row 3 and then return the value that is in the same column but in row 10. Can someone help me with this?
