Referring to data on other sheets

    Hi,
I coach a junior rugby team and am trying to create this.A4 to D18 i have player names.I would like to use dropdowns which i finally learned about in f5 to f19 to make a team selection. When i press make selection button.I am hoping player names in columnf will go to sheet2 columnD.But the players matching cells on sheet1 will turn blue from a4 to d18 so that means 15 names in that row will be blue in colour.Anyway this will be a preTeam so if i decide to make changes on sheet2 i can press the make changes button and it will kick me back to sheet1 and the names will be back in f5 to f19.so if i pick a name in this range (f5:f19) then press unselect button that player is unselected from list and his name turns from blue in a4 to d18 to normal.Hopefully this is possible cause it would make my job a lot easier.Thank you alot.

Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution. Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.
To change a Title on your post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

Perhaps Changing the title to "Refering to data on other sheets" may appease the moderators!

As soon as you change the title I will post the solution for you, I have modified your sheet to do what you require!

Firstly i would like to thank you for your great solution. It's perfect but could i ask you is there anyway possible when i press unselect button to just clear the selected name and nothing else.for example if i have 15 names in f5 to f19 and i decide i don't want name in f8 when i click on f8 and press unselect button it just clears f8 and nothing else.Would this be possible.
