Sum absolute differences of all possible pairs

I'm trying to translate this:
ΣiΣj |(yi-yj)| into excel somehow for 100 observations.

I've done the work for 4 values using absolute referencing, but if I were to extend that to 100 values it would take a TON of work, can anyone suggest a shortcut? E1-E4 are the values I'm using while F- I are the differences when E1, E2, E3, and E4 are used first respectively. J1 is the sum of all these values. Any help would be much appreciated.
