Excel file crash when while copy and paste

Recently my excel program problem with copy & paste steps, it seen like crash and go off automatically while copy. The Excel version is 2000 with SP3. However, I did uninstall and reinstall it but it still remain error.

The obvious message shown :
AppName : excel.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.3822 ModName: excel.exe
ModVer : 9.0.0.3822 Offset: 00065e76

How big, dimensionally, is the data you are trying to copy and paste (and would it happen to be from Access?)
