    Hightlight cells with Null

    Hi,

I am trying to highlight in red a cell which returns "" from an index.

Cell A1 contains an index which returns £ values. If there is no match then it returns a blank ("")

    I have tried A1<>"" also A1<0 also A1 =0 but no luck.

    Any help much appreciated
